At The Business Management Institute of America, business owners acquire the knowledge, education, skills, and the tools to successfully operate a business in our market and economy.
Our training is offered in three modules over a nine week period.
Module One, (weeks 1, 2, &3) centers around the Financial areas of running a business. Module Two, (weeks 4, 5, & 6) deals with the Management and Administration areas of a business. Module Three, (weeks 7, 8, & 9) focuses on Strategic Planning and Marketing.
Participants attend the class once each week for two hours where they will be taught to recognize and understand the management issues that regularly confront business owners. Our training provides exact answers and clear solutions to resolve these challenges.
Utilizing our “Hands on Business Tools” i.e., the hundreds of models and operating procedures that we have developed, a business owner will learn to create systems that will literally drive their business to success!
